Need some help

I'm trying to find a political world map on the internet that i can set to my desktop backround. I've gone through many google pages and couldn't find anything quite good enough (it has to have countries at the least, and capitals and/or major cities would be great).

Any help would be great.

1280 x 800 pixels.
