When your seated on the throne, pushing, and you feel the loaf getting close to the anal breach only to be drawn back in, try standing up, shaking around (optional), and sitting back back down again to give it that extra inertia. I find this works when a tough nugget won't rear its head properly.

Perhaps you could use a screw tap?
You know, when the head breaks off of a screw they have that little tool that you use to screw into the busted screw, and unscrew it. Screw. Butt.

Ha! I've also heard it as mathematicians have to work it out with a pencil.

It's funny but it may not be a bad idea. Sometimes all you need is a something to break the surface tension.

You're not far off. Mineral oil is a natural laxative/lubricant. Plus, it's tasteless, odorless, and colorless. So add it to someone's milkshake if you hate them (after all, it is oil and can't be surreptitiously added to a glass of water), and then point and laugh at their misfortune/explosive diarrhea.

Try eating some shredded wheat. It is high in fiber. Or use a buttplug. An enema fluid will also do the trick, but you'll probably need someone to help insert the liquid into your anus.
