... Bichromium flouride doesn't exist. Pretty sure neither does bichromium fluoride. Actually, given my (admittedly amateur) knowledge of chemistry, I don't think such a combination is possible as a stable element.

So I'm having a hard time buying that he's poisoned from bichromium flouride. Ammonium bifluoride, maybe. Diisopropyl fluorophosphate could be quite dangerous. But bichromium flouride? Nah, it's hard to be poisoned by something that doesn't exist. I am, however, quite curious about what has poisoned him. If it's any of the usual suspects of fluoride poisoning, it's an intestinal issue, and he'll probably be fine... unless he was drinking insecticides. But if it's one of the rare neurotoxins... well, in that case... "Farewell! God knows when we shall meet again."

Hopefully modern medicine will serve you better than it did Juliet.
