I understand these two issues are the most weighty in human history and remain at the forefront of "discussion" to this date, yet it appears to me that no matter what the title, they all boil down to the two (or three or six hundred) views being expressed and re-expressed with the occasional barb and / or troll post.

Do you guys / gals enjoy posting your views simply for posting sake? Say I am undecided on an issue or belief; I enjoy reading the real posts and empathize with the posters feelings, but nothing here is ging to change me as a human being. It seems more like you all have been married forever and simply quibble for quibbling's sake.

Entertaining, yet fruitless.....I do enjoy it though; I am interested in some replies......

Well, you might as well ask why we converse. It is truly a rare occasion that we have a unique conversation in our lives, extreme situations aside. Yet sometimes the most repetitive things can be enjoyable (see World of Warcraft), and that's why I post here. It's fun, and it's a lot less messy than hashing arguments out with my friends.
