So what's the deal, is calling someone a water buffalo politically correct or not?

If that person is in fact a water-buffalo: Yes

If that person is not in fact a water-buffalo: It is acceptable if the number of laughs garnered by the remark will exceed the number of law-suits filed in consequence.
