Poly win in 8 rounds or less = 1 goal
1 extra time goal awarded for each 1v1 game won in more than 12 rounds, but not won by round limit.

First-to-3 penalty shootout – score determined by games won-lost (regardless of number of rounds):

Win 4 of 5 games, win shootout 3-1
Win 3 of 5 games, win shootout 3-2
For the qualifying round, teams will be sorted into 9 groups of 5 and 2 groups of 4.
Each team will play every other team in their group twice - once on their own home maps and settings, once on the opponent's home maps and settings.
Matches with no winner after 90 minutes will be declared draws.
Teams receive 3 points for each win and 1 point for each draw.
Once all matches have been played, teams will be ranked by number of points, then by goal difference (goals for - goals against), then by goals for, and finally by head-to-head record.
Group winners and runners-up will progress to the group stage, as will the 2 3rd-place teams with the best record (excluding matches played against teams that finished 5th in their groups)
For the group stage, teams will be sorted into 6 groups of 4.
Each team will play every other team in their group once, on a neutral field (CC's default settings, Poly 4 on 2014 World Cup Map, Poly 2 and Poly 3 on Random map).
Scoring will be the same as in the second qualifying round.
Group winners and runners-up will advance to the knockout stages, as will the 4 3rd-place teams with the best record.
In the knockout stages, teams will be placed into a bracket.
In each round of the bracket, each surviving team will play a single neutral-field match, with extra time and penalites, if necessary.
The winner will advance to the next round.
The winner of the final will be named the 2015 UEFA European Champion (denoted by a Tournament Achievement medal), and their chosen country will represent Europe in the 2015 FCCFP Confederations Cup.
Good luck to all!
