A. Well you play a lot of 6-8 player games but you only win a few and lose most of them. So you stay where you are.
B. You are more skilled then other players so you beat the living tar out of them and get to Colonel.
C. Your oppents get wise to you and have you banned.

When we are suposed to recieve the green colored paper (at least in USA,but in UE,man,that is HIGHLY colored paper money)
