There is a biological explanation to this. Male reproductive organ in humans, or any male representatives of the vertabrate phylum, is like a sink. It has two canals, one through which the sperm flows, the other one is for ammonia. They both connect to one tube ( a.k.a our penis), when u need to excreet, the canal that provides the sperm closes off, letting ammonia through, and vice versa. When you try to pee after ejaculating, the canal is only open halfway, thus you lose control over your aim.

Also, on a side note, dont ever try to jerk off when you want to pee, the result is quiet messy and smelly.
