Am I right or am I way out in left field on this one?

If we're all reading the same version, how can there be so many translations?
PS: Writing a book might just make me feel better. That's good advice. It wouldn't be for the reasons you've suggested though.

Yup, Mohammad is the prophet said to have written the Koran.

Thanks. This has actually been quite educational.
You don't know how a person could get ahold of the Koran, do you? I wouldn't mind cross referencing what it says with what the Bible says.

You do realize the only reason people are more likely to believe Xianity over Scientology is because we know who wrote the books of scientology and the acid trips written in the bible are no less insane than those in the book of dianetics.

Yeah, that's pretty scary.

Some of the comments there are retarded. Namely that the founding fathers were devout Xians.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was in Barnes & Noble or some other book store. Just look for the religious section. Oh, one more thing I didn't mention. Muslims believe that Jesus was, in fact, a prophet. They just doubt his divinity. They feel that Mohammad is their God's last prophet, and that they are the ones properly worshiping him.
