This isn't very WW2ishy is it? Why is there a Poland thing going on and... whatever that continent is below it? And the pseudo-Scandinavian affair...

You should have Greater Deutchland in the middle, the biggest and most powerful. The USSR on the right and arching over (they took Finland, yeah?) Great Britain small, a 2 army continent. Southern France and North Africa as one under Vichy. Italy would be another, with maybe a few countries in Africa, and Malta. The rest of Africa and Asia Minor could be "The Colonies" or somesuch. Put Turkey in if you want, don't think it was a major player... I'd clump Turkey, Greece, and most of those southeastern European countries in "Axis Aligned" or similar.

Do the neutral countries have any purpose? Why not bring in Spain too? They contributed materially to the Nazi effort. Just generalize, man, generalize. I think it has potential as an idea.

what if the map was only for three doubles, or three players? then each team starts off with either nazi land, allied, or neutral land. the bonuses would be geographically set. (like western, northern, southern and eatern europe) since the neutral has the least amount of teritories, they cant be attacked until they attack someone, or until turn 5. let me know what you think.

This is pointless. Make the Nazi Empire at its height. Make a "Fascist" continent. Make it WW2-y! Make Germany more than a grid. I like the idea but it needs a lot of work.

Wasn't Poland divided between Soviet Union and Nazi Germany?

Also Yugoslavia was initially on British side, then it got conquered by Nazis, and then by Communists.

Greece had a fight between Communists in the north and British aligned in the south (democratic).

Norway was on British side but got conquered by Nazis.
Spain was nationalist (fascist aligned, but didn't really fight in WWII).

I beleive only sweden, switzerland and Iceland were neutral?
Can't remember about Turkey.

The country west of the one labeled Soviet Union has 2 many borders, u should add some barriers.

Only Soviet Union,Iraq,Syria and Jordan are done by hand!

I think its simply terrible. Can you improve the graphics? Because if you cant, I would suggest you give up now.

North Africa should definitely be readded. It was a major, central theater of war, very much connected with what was going on in Europe. A WW2 map without N. Africa is nothing.

On the flip side, why is Iceland even there? Iceland did crap all in WW2, as far as I can remember. At the very least, the connection should be removed between it and Scotland, as this implies there was some kind of invasion threat there.

I'm not really into it because it's a very "Eve of..." WW2 kind of map. I'd like a map at the most dramatic part of the war, just as the USA is getting into it, with Germany on top.

I really think you should incorporate Spain. It looks very out of place, a big neutral country right there... this map is never going to be completely accurate, because Italy will be fighting Germany, etc... can't we just pretend that Spain was really in it?

Also, Croatia, Bosnia, and Yugoslavia? These are the 1940s, not the 90s.
