Staten Island

I think Staten Island will be a good map. Staten Island is the forgotten borough of New York. I think it will be a good map because it will give peopke a good chance to see the borough that nobody knows about.

1-People know about it
2-If people didnt know about it, they wouldnt want to play it!
3-There is a NYC map in production.
4-If you only have an idea, but have no intention of creating the map, this should have been posted in New Map Ideas thread. (but dont post there now!! it will be moved by one of our lovely mods!!)

Never heard of it... :D
Just kidding. Seriously though, it looks like it could be pretty cool, I just took a look at a map of a island, and there's a lot of possibilties with the creeks and parks and such.

I voted no cause for some reason I don't like you.
Ok, I really don't think you should do it cause of what Kaplowitz there’s a NYC map going. I never seen two familiar map subjects goes though the work shop at the same time.

Kap's got a NY State map going... I'd say that's a big enough difference.

How'd I forget that, it's one of my favorite maps in production right now. #-o
I still vote yes, though it really all depends on the execution of the idea.

i don't want to sound too negative, but with nyc and ny state in production,
this would have to be pretty good to get through.
i don't see why we couldn't do maps of each of the other boroughs.
they are each as interesting (if not more so) as staten island.
why not a map of central park? that could be awesome.
there was interest in our thread concerning a map of only manhattan,
since there's only so much detail we can put in ours.
all i'm saying is that i'm not totally against it,
but there's a possibility that the map will be met with indifference, much like staten island itself. (no offense!)
