the names for the shrines i got from here http://www.lowchensaustralia.com/names/godsjapanese.htm , it tells you what the god is and where there shrines are located.t.e.c wrote:the shrines on the old version of the map are much clearer than the new version.
and you need to move the position of some of them. for example, the mie shrine and the word "mie" should be swapped so the shrine isn't hovering over the water. and the aomori shrine can be moved from where it is to somewhere less cramped.
also how did you choose the names for the shrines?
as for the new game play, i'm not sure, it will need more explanation.

i can't see the info for where the shrines are located, but you should change the mie god to amaterasu omikamiUnit_2 wrote:the names for the shrines i got from here http://www.lowchensaustralia.com/names/godsjapanese.htm , it tells you what the god is and where there shrines are located.
Basically, the shrines can attack corresponding Gods. And each God will have a special bonus. Some will give more armies, some will attack different places ect.
That is about it.
Though there is the other variation where aswell as the above the gods are starting positions, but that would take more balancing.

however, i feel it will need to be expanded on and maybe tweaked because, most people will be fighting for the gods that give more armies.Basically, the shrines can attack corresponding Gods. And each God will have a special bonus. Some will give more armies, some will attack different places ect.

When I first saw this I looked at the Mongol Empire map.DiM wrote:new is much better but the map has a flaw. you have 4 creases that need to be reflected on the map also. what i mean is that the paper is folded and the fold line is visible but then comes the map and the fold line is gone. look at mogul map how it should be.

I'll visit your thread again this weekend, but my initial thought is that I have already said what you need to do to get a stamp in my most recent posts. I think that your map will play quite well... the shape looks like fun, and I believe it will lead to competitive games. The trouble is in the mechanics of the map: how easy it will be to make out the numbers, borders, and titles. These are issues of gameplay as well as graphics.Unit_2 wrote:I need to know what EXACTLY what needs done for your stamp
