I'm beginning to lose games to new recruits and losing more than 50 points per game is disheartening.

yah i hate open games now, just got eliminated in one of my open terminator games, and lost 40 points, then won an 8 player standard open game and won 63, thats just harsh!MOBAJOBG wrote:I think there are more (but not sure how many) knowledgeable people joined Conquer Club as members since one or two month(s) ago.

Come on then name names - you are talking rubbish my friend !Mikebl2 wrote:Its also difficult to find a game where the players who are keen to keep their ranks and scores do not join together to hunt in packs against newer recruits, we now see page after page of high scorers waiting for new players to provide themselves as sacrificial lambs and if they get beat watch the tears and moans.
How about stopping high ranking players being partners in more than one game. Its funny that players who do this the most also have the highest negative feedback.
I will not name names but I play for the fun and try not to join trebles, quads of overscored under skilled packs.
That's a big "if" when you're talking about joining an open game. I'm all for mixing it up, and I have no qualms to take any rank in singles, but when I see a major and a captain paired up as team one, there's no way I'm going to sign up third and have some dim witted cook show up on my team - not cause I care about points, but uncompetitive games like that are just no fun.comic boy wrote:Mikebl2 wrote:because with the points differential so favourable you cant lose overall providing you got decent partners.
Your missing my point, you simply get a regular team mates/s to join with you. 3 Corporals working together can easily beat 3 Majors, communication is the key providing you have the basic knowledge regarding deployment and correct forting.gdeangel wrote:comic boy wrote:That's a big "if" when you're talking about joining an open game. Clearly the hunting in packs thing is going on big time, and also I've seen a few cadets, etc. who clearly play even the FIRST TIME on a map that you know they've been there before. On the other hand, that means your more likely to get a legitimate challenge in a pick-up game.
