Some things you should know when you join:
-Xpert Pools: Here's one way you can make money for your club. Each week six games are chosen at random, and you can bet on who wins or if there is a draw. Your payout will be based on how many you get right.
-Player Special Abilities: In your squad list, click the checkbox that says "Show special abilities" to see special traits about each player. Scrolling over the pictures explains what each one means.
-Referees: Under your next match listing at the team page, the referee and 2 stats are listed (ex: Referee: Irre Levant S4, H2) This explains what these two stats mean.
The S-value is skill. This measures how good a referee is at making the right call. With a low skill value, you are able to "cheat". You can set this under your tactics. This is like telling your players to dive and pull at other players shirts and arms, since the ref doesn't know better.
The H-value is harshness. This judges how strict the referee is. This affects how often and what cards players are booked, whether a ref will give the penalties that are near the edge of the box, among other situations.
-Skill, Form, and Form Training: Skill is a rating of the player's talent based on a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being the best. Form is a rating of the player's recent performances, from 1 to 15. Scrolling over these will show the players rating in # form instead of a bar. Form training costs a good amount of money, but will help get players on a bad streak back on track. When you enter the form training menu, the big bars under form is the current form, and the small dots underneath indicate the average form of the player. You generally want to train below average form if you can afford it.
