Well i actually like stomachs best. Im a big fan of a flat and slightly toned stomach (just like my girlfriends)

However i do like a nice round ass so i voted for that.

I am a big fan of deep eyes so that would come a close second.

you know, it's not all that bad to give an honest answer....

there was a poll taken a number of years ago, that asked both men and women what they look for in a mate. across cultures and continents, the overwhelming response was:

The characteristic Men look for most in a woman is child bearing hips (i.e. looks. men like looks)

The characteristic Women look for most in a man is earnings potential (obviously, on the tribal level, this would be the best hunter, etc. -- they want the best provider.)

so whether people will admit it or not, it's subconscious. and if they honestly DO NOT look for such characteristics, they are the except that proves the rule.

i think it was Reader's Digest, but i read about it in the Wall Street Journal.

i can't cite the article, unfortunately. i was kind of hoping someone else on here would recognize it and be able to provide a citation.

Yeah, to be honest i was only poking fun. It could well be true. And in fairness, if every time someone said something, a chimp like me said "Precise Citation, please" well, it would be a fucking boring world.

My query with what you said is that these polls/studies are so dependant on the questions asked, the mindset/worldview of the questioner, the culture of the questionees etc

But i do love a pair of big, swaying hips :lol:
