I just want to thank you again for the original heads up (for the other thread, in which I was cleared), and let you know that I also appreciate your help in this new thread.
My score isn't THAT high -- I'm just a Captain!
I really don't understand why these jackasses have latched onto me. Maybe if I was #1 or whatever, it would make some sense, but at my level?
Everything that you said above is 100% correct.
Anyway, thank you so much for your help. I shouldn't let it bother me, but I have never liked being falsely accused. It probably has something to do with my childhood, but that is a whole different can of worms! LOL
I was somewhat offended when these shit-eating butt-munches first started falsely accusing me, but I must admit that now I'm beginning to find it somewhat amusing.
I'd love to stay and keep posting back and forth about this, but I have a pressing engagement to which I have to go now -- I'm expected to see to the comforts of Eggass and Spycunt's mothers, and they both bitch almost as much as their bastard sons if I arrive late.
Well, after a string of classic KLOBBER posts, I think it's time for me to remind everybody of my wise words on the first page of this thread:
Dancing Mustard wrote:I think that Klobber is one of the most abrasive and stupid posters I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. I've never seen him do anything other than call people names, act like an ass and throw baseless accusations around
The gift of prophecy, I'm blessed I know.
Wayne wrote:Wow, with a voice like that Dancing Mustard must get all the babes!
Garth wrote:Yeah, I bet he's totally studly and buff.
C'mon - it's fair enough to accuse him once if you really think it's suspicious but posting another thread for the same thing less than a week after he was cleared is just wasting everyones time!

I had read the previous thread about Klobber playing with new recruits. It does seem a little strange that there are so many new players in his games. At first glance it would appear that Klobber is above suspicion because all of the players are from different countries. I decided to click on this game:http://www.conquerclub.com/game.php?game=1532292 and look at the player profiles. Here they are:
Pwn729
USA
1/8/07
Need-for-speed
Canada
1/8/07
Murphy
Canada
1/8/07
Majica
India
1/8/07
Bunson Burner
Ireland

Mojobo

1/8/07
Silky

Slutty Fingers

Maybe it's me, but what are the odds that all of these players joined the same day in January and, ALSO, landed on the same game that Klobber started?
I looked at some more games and guess what? The new recruits in those games all joined either on the same day or within a few days of each other. Another interesting thing about these new recruits is that every game has a different month that the new recruits joined. In the game referenced above, they all joined in January. I came across a game where the new recruits joined in December and another where they joined in February. It's almost as if the new recruits are grouped by the month that they joined.
Look at this game: 1861574. All the new recruits joined CC on 2/23/07. Amazing!
Again, maybe it's me but I don't think this is a coincidence. I don't have a lot of computer savvy but maybe somebody with more knowledge can explain it.

Perhaps if you think about it for more than 1 second you might reach the conclusion that...
They all joined the site on the same day that they joined the game (this is what happens with most newbie deadbeats)... They join the site thinking it is real time games and then when no one is taking their turns immediately they leave the game and never return. It does not take a great deal of brainpower to reach that conclusion, computer savvy is not necessary.

I happen to agree that new players do join games because they expect them to be RT. At least, I did when I was new to this site. I just checked to see how many public Circus games were open. As of this writing there are 29 public games available. Of those 29, only one new recruit has joined. The rest have been joined by ranked players. I'm just pointing out that out of 120 players that have joined these games, at this moment, 1 is a newbie.
If you really want to test Klobber just start a circus escalating fog game and see who joins.
I did, and I have myself and 7 noobs from different countries who all joined on or near the same day.
This is what happens when you start a circus game. It looks like a nice simple easy map so these noobs join the game. Most of them never play a turn.
Am I cheating too?
Just fucking try it before you get on your high horse. For some reason noobs join circus games, its that simple. Anyone who tries it will realize the same thing.
Eggass, why would I have LEFT a game full of noobs, as you said I did, if I were using noob accounts to cheat, as you falsely claim? At any rate, your pointing out that I left that particular game doesn't help your already incredibly WEAK case against me.
Spycunt and Eggass: Are you retards? I have been CLEARED!
Get a frikkin' life!
Dude, suck my friggin dick.
How come I am on your ignore? Maybe because I was the only one that could beat you if you only wanted new recruits to join, which were your multies. Are you fucking illiterate or something, it's spelled Oggiss
I think the reason newcomers tend to join his games is because he is high ranked and they recognize Circus Maximus as a historical monument and might think it was a cool map. I did when I first started...and boy was i wrong ):

Come back with something substantial. This is circumstantial bullshit.
I started up 8 identical circus maximus games up, the same as KLOBBER starts. In his games there are loads of privates, already after the first few days. My games has been up for 2-3 days now and not a single private have joined, coincidence? Cheat?
KLOBBER got cleared but I don't know...
What do you guys think?
ive played several of his cirus maximus games. ive won most of em so if he's cheating he's doing a terrible job
What is the name of that program that allows you to use a different computer but you are at your own?.... If he uses it then he could use a whole damn library...

Are you blind? He was cleared just 2 days ago! To be honest, and hopefully KLOBBER doesn't take offence, he does not strike me as a terribly computer-savvy person, I may be wrong on this, but I find the explanation of coincidence a lot more convincing than your conspiracy theories.
Your explanation that you started a few games and no new recruits joined is hardly convincing... start as many as klobber does over a long period and see if you get new recruits joining. Your sample size is too small to be indicative.
You're trying to convince people that I cheat by using noob accounts, and yet you say that I dropped a game full of noob accounts before it started, and you also claim that you won a game with me? If I were such a cheat, as you falsely claim, then why would I drop such a game? Wouldn't such a game supposedly be to my advantage? Also, If I were such a cheat, shouldn't I have won?
Not that I think you'll ever convince anyone except for your mother (a lovely lady) that I was somehow cheating, but you are certainly not helping your paranoid, petty little case by saying these things. My suggestion to you is to tighten up your argument a little: Downplay my losses and downplay the times that I have avoided games full of noob accounts. Why not lie and say that I have never been known to lose? Why not lie and say that I have never dropped a game full of noobs (you are certainly not above lying, but you need to work your lies a little more intelligently and consistently if you are to fool anyone into thinking that you have so much as a shred of personal integrity).
If you clean up your story a little and make it a little more consistent, then you might be able to convince one or two other snot-nosed, pencil-protected computer geeks like yourself of your ridiculous lies, and you'll at least have some annoying loser friends to accompany you in your campaign of baseless harassment.
Also, the only reason why I ignored your sorry ass is the fact that you are a FUCKING ASSHOLE.
Apparently, the only reason why you persist in harassing me is because you're hurt that I ignored you. It's time to move on, poindexter!
well, you know the saying, "where there's smoke, there's fire." but i'm not here to acuse kobbler but it does strike me as somewhat suspicious that he's been acused so many times.
Well, svotlord, I have no idea what methods CC uses to clear people of false accusations (as I was cleared earlier this week), and I have no idea what methods they use to expose real cheaters, but I was indeed "CLEARED," and I welcome them to employ whatever methods they may have occasion to use, again and again and again. As many times as these slime-sucking trashbags trump up false and unsupported accusations, the CC staff may certainly entertain them in any way they see fit.
Since I am innocent, and these filthy shitfucks with nothing better to do are simply harassing me with zero evidence of any wrongdoing, I am confident that whatever methods the CC staff employ to examine my games will prove the fact that I kick ass in my games through honesty, superior intelligence, and skill -- three qualities that Eggass and Spycunt certainly lack altogether.
Let the loser crybabies whine and complain about me all they want. My question to the CC staff is: Do you even take this second thread seriously, so soon after I was cleared? Isn't this thread a foolish second-guessing of your conclusion?
Either way, as I said, I welcome another investigation -- I have nothing to hide!
svtoflord wrote:well, you know the saying, "where there's smoke, there's fire." but i'm not here to acuse kobbler but it does strike me as somewhat suspicious that he's been acused so many times.
Yes, but he has been accused of the very same thing he was cleared of... your logic is somewhat none-existent here
one of the threads, I couldnt find it, said something about the mods having record of what IP's an account has used. If that is true then, perhaps whatever IPs KLOBBER signs in with might tell us something.
to those not convinced it probably sounds like grasping at straws, but there are also alot who are suspicious. So if it is possible to check on that, it might be worth a look.
and yes I know, I know, I said I was staying out of it, but... I cant help it, he's really pissed me off, and I'm really hoping that we are right.
He has been CLEARED... if you can think of a technique of investigating, presumably those who have investigated hundreds of these cases know all these techniques plus more
It is an insult to the multi-hunters that you think you know better than them with absolutely no experience or full grasp of the facts, when in fact the reverse is true

The way they cleared him was basically a "It's too hard to prove anything in this case, and since they are all from different places, he's cleared."
really???
I read:

All names are cleared.
the other comment is just him being cleared. Nowhere does it state thay they cannot prove cheating..

where there is smoke there is fire.. WOW way to go.
Just burn baby, burn. Burn them all. If they burn they must have done something cause otherwise they would not have been burned,,
