Eliminating opponents with 4 cards or less question

If I eliminate an opponent and they only have 4 cards, but have a set and I have no cards. Do I get the opportunity to cash in their cards during my turn or do I have to wait for the next turn?

unless the card total reaches 5 or more, no, u must wait for your next turn...
