I just noticed this tournament of yours and wanted to point out a couple of things real quick. You need to have at least 16 players in a tournament for it to be granted tournament privileges. At the moment it looks like you will only have 6, which will not be enough. Also, you may want to think about adding a bit more information to your first post. There are not going to be many players who understand what you are looking for with what you have up right now.

Might I suggest you glance through the Tournament Handbook and the new set of Tournament Requirements.

If you need any help with anything after that ask around or find yourself a Tournament Director. We'd love to help you get on your feet with a good tournament.
