It's clearly a political move to try to bring in the hispanic vote, because we all know that the mexicans hate the blacks (original words in head replaced in good taste)InkL0sed wrote:Also, why can't you say "Yes we can" in English? I don't get it -- what are you trying to insinuate, exactly?

im fairly confident that the first three might have happened either way in the near future, and really your trading higher taxes for less debt instead of the other way around.

I think this question should be posed to OBAMA.

As far as i remember, Mccain isnt against cap and trade. Even if it wouldnt immediately happen in his presidency, setting a precedent toward cap and trade makes it rather likely that international agreements would follow. Though of course its possible the promise made wouldnt be followed through on, it still seems possible we are heading toward that to begin with.
The second seems to follow rather naturally from the first, especially if you consider the likelyhood that anything involving international agreements would pressure toward nationalization at somepoint anyway. I dont believe the second would be an immediate consequence of a Mccain election, but im not sure it would be an immediate consequence of an Obama one either.
You could argue the two wouldnt happen with Mccain, but im not sure i believe it entirely to be the case. It would probalby be more of a wait and see with Mccain.
Either way its not my biggest issue with him but i think on a lot of issues there is less practical difference than is originally suggested.
