Yeah you can stick an Uzi and a shot gun down your pants. Can you move though? Hardly. Plus, where would you even stick the ammo with all of those things down your pants? They could be really stupid and have them loaded in their pants. Just don't make any sudden movements or you may blow your own ass off.

On a slightly different note, many people out here carry pocket knives, and not to stab someone, but to use as a tool (trust me, they can be pretty handy).

Yup, I always have a pocket-knife. One that's barely legal for me to carry. Is it different in the cities? Out here pocket knives are like your wallet---you don't go anywhere without yours.

All the kids carried knives when I was a kid (in the UK)- but I don't think it occurred to us that they were weapons. The more attachments they had the cooler they were.
Now all the kids in the UK carry knives, and it doesn't occur to them that you could think of them other than as a weapon.

They can be a weapon, but out here they're just a handy little tool for numerous odd jobs and chores. In all honesty, you NEVER hear of anyone out here getting stabbed by a pocket knife. A steak knife on the other hand...
