It's the Russians... and they are GOOD! Perfect scores this year. What a show.oaktown wrote:wait, nobody EVER cares who the best synchronized swimmers are - bad example.

What if you could attack when it's the same city? Otherwise what you have is a list of numbers with attack lines between close ones. Terits = {x /in Z : 4|x, 1896<= x <=2008, x /notin {1916, 1940, 1944}} Attacks = {(x, y) : |x - y| <=4}

Spain (2 silvers, not perfect but also quite good) also cares![]()
Would you consider connecting in some way Olympiads in the same country?
Cities with 2 or more Olympics: Athens (1896, 2004), Paris (1900, 1924), London (1908, 1948, 2012), LA (1932, 1984), Lake Placid (1932W, 1980W), Innsbruck (1964, 1976), Stockholm (1912, 1956).
Countries with 2 or more Olympic cities: US (St. Louis, LA, Atlanta, Lake Placid, Squaw Valley, Salt Lake City), Germany (Berlin, Munich, Garmisch-Partenkirchen), Australia (Melbourne, Sydney), France (Paris, Chamonix, Grenoble, Albertville), Russia (Moscow, Sochi), Japan (Tokyo, Sapporo, Nagano), Italy (Rome, Cortina d'Ampezzo, Turin), Canada (Montreal, Calgary, Vancouver), Norway (Oslo, Lillehammer).
I've thought about the same country olympics and maybe that's the way the bonuses would end up but I kind of wanted the game play to be different than just grabbing the country next to you.
Although countries change on time (Moscow was in USSR, while Sochi will be in Russia, e.g.), so maybe that's not a very good idea...
