I've run some quick probabilities with regards to the number of players and games. There are 112 games and 64 players so the average number of wins will be 1.75. Most players will win 1 or 2 games. There will be several with 0 or 3 wins. So, I think that the winner of this tournament is going to have to win at least 4 of his/her 7 games. There's a decent probability a couple players will have 4 wins so it may take 5 wins to win this tournament. Good luck everyone.
