Since nick11 communicated with Aesop Jones through a private message, this was an attempt to have a secret collision with another player, no matter what the reason may be, it is still against the rules. This report is noted for nick11 as future reference for an attempted secret diplomacy in a game.
You can either be blocked with that player you were reported of having a secret alliance, or a harsher penalty if more reports come in with strong evidence that you may be colluding from several games in order to win.
