We're just letting you know that New Maps will be listed now as Beta on the Start A Game screen. This is essentially more of a technical tweaking of terms to better describe how a Map might play when it is first uploaded to the system. So if you are wary of playing a new map because it might be unbalanced or unfair, avoid games and tournaments that use "Beta stage" maps. Maps will remain in "Beta stage" for roughly 2 weeks (give or take a few days), with exceptional cases perhaps lasting longer. Most of the qwerks and needed tweaks will be found during the 2 week "Beta stage."
Games will still play like they currently do: ---> Points will be exchanged, games will still be tallied towards medals, etc, but "Beta" maps may be unbalanced. ***Please note that since the maps will be listed as "Beta," the game play may change midway through the game as the map gets tweaked, fixed, and balanced. I don't foresee many head and heartaches, but these maps will be "played at your own risk."

And as always, the Map Foundry loves to see new faces helping out during Map Production, so why don't you stop by and help us make the best maps we all can possibly make? No one wants a buggy and unclear map...so be active...help out!
Bananas to everyone.
