Those in charge of e-tickets have assured me that every ticket sent is responded to as long as it's not a duplicate ticket. If they have already answered you once, they usually close it instead of reiterate what they already said.
Hope that helps some. If you need anything else, let me know.
For what it's worth. I'm currently volunteering my time as a moderator. Whilst I know what an e-ticket is I have never seen one in my role as moderator. As a regular member I have never sent one. So my knowledge of e-tickets is minimal.Paddy The Cat wrote:etickets are simply a waste
the replies you get from them don't ever explain anything, i only ever use them for usergroup stuff
that block will never be changed cause the mods are too stubborn, so i wouldnt even bother
its not fair, but thats the way it goes here

My point is this - I'm not being stubborn! And I'm not choosing to ignore e-tickets.
As far as I know most/all of the other moderators do not deal with e-tickets as part of their moderator role either, but I am ready to be corrected on that.
It is my understanding that e-tickets are dealt with by administrators. So if we're going to persist with this trend of posting here in General Negative Criticism/Discussion can we at least aim our negative criticism in vaguely the right direction?
