South and Central France is too much of a chokepoint. I don't want to be a party pooper, Germany needs to look bigger and Russia a bit smaller. Yes, Russia was and still is huge, but a lot its territories are simply massive and I think you can cut off the eastern borders a bit - perhaps a representation that can cut out more of the north and show more of the central area?
In order for Germany to attack England it has to go through France. While this is quite so in order to launch a land attack, what happened to the naval race between England and Germany? How in the world is the Battle of Jutland and U-boat warfare supposed to occur?
I propose: connect Corsica to England (a stretch, but the chokepoint should be loosened a bit), or Italy to Greece (then you can boost the bonus for the Balkans). This makes sense especially if the Allies are to make naval landings in the Ottoman Empire.
Reorganise France perhaps into North, South and East France - the Southern France border will include the Alsace-Lorraine region. That way both South and East France border Corsica, while North and East France have sea access to England (or perhaps North France to Germany), then England to Germany.
If you can, find a way to add more territories to Germany (especially since it isn't terribly hard to hold).
I have a problem with including Italy since Italy didn't join the Allies until 1915. If you make Italy its own continent, perhaps it can be the two-army bonus continent while you increase the bonus of the Balkans, meanwhile compensating for the new borders of Western Europe. (And thus it can keep the bonuses).
