question about who can join a tournament

Can "?" join a tournament or should they have to wait to be ranked?

Normally organizers don't like them in because they aren't really reliable until they get a rank or premium or something.

I have never stopped them entering and never had any problems with them. I think that if they are clever enough to find tournaments and join them then they deserve a chance.

same for me... though if memory serves ive only had 1 and he was no longer a ? by the time the tournament started up
