Internet Stoppages

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put it but recently there has been alot of stormy weather near my house and my internet comes and goes and in a few of my games like 1v1 or 1v1v1 speeders i've missed a turn or two. Is it considered poor "sportsmanship" or "playership" or whatever it should be to come back in where the other players have probably thought you deadbeated?

Not at all. Play out all the games you can. If they didn't cripple you in your absence, shame on them.
