MWC- 9 teams
ACC- 12 teams
Big 12- 12 teams *
Big East- 12 teams **
Big Ten- 11 teams *
Missouri Valley- 10 teams
Pac 10- 10 teams *
SEC- 12 teams

So what do the asterisks represent?
