Do you have to be preemium to make maps?

No, U dont have to. Freemiums also can make maps. There aint is a problem with freemiums with good map skills and xml skills. Who got a wonderfull idea. So go there and astounish them with ur idea

Nope.

Just head on down to the map foundry and post your idea.

While you are there have a look at some of the maps that are in development and give your views on them (praise or criticism)
