Has anyone conquered Asia in world 2.1 before?

if by "conquer" you mean "held", then probably yes

not true unless you got a build up game, even in no spoils ppl might try to break the Asia bonus because it gives a lot of armies if held...

If you want a concrete example, take a look at Game 4402015. You will see the following:

2009-03-22 12:10:27 - Incrementing game to round 19
2009-03-22 18:14:41 - ender516 receives 6 troops for holding Europe
2009-03-22 18:14:41 - ender516 receives 2 troops for holding Scandinavia
2009-03-22 18:14:41 - ender516 receives 3 troops for holding Western Europe
2009-03-22 18:14:41 - ender516 receives 3 troops for holding Asia
2009-03-22 18:14:41 - ender516 receives 4 troops for holding Middle East
2009-03-22 18:14:41 - ender516 receives 4 troops for holding Russia
2009-03-22 18:14:41 - ender516 receives 3 troops for holding Indian Subcontinent
2009-03-22 18:14:41 - ender516 receives 4 troops for holding Far East
2009-03-22 18:14:41 - ender516 receives 4 troops for holding East Indies
2009-03-22 18:14:41 - ender516 receives 16 troops for 50 regions

Not trying to brag, that may have been my peak in that game. (It's still going as I write this.)

it is an easier task in a team game, when you can build walls and have someone else helping/working to help conquer/protect it... so, in team games, it is a pretty normal occurrence...-0

NO... they are all pulling your leg because it is absolutely impossible and has never ever ever ever been done in the history of Conquer Club. Much like trying to hold all the Farms on Waterloo, it just can't be done.

Btw... do you have any expendible cash and if so would you care to purchase a bridge just east of Manhattan? If your middle name is George Washington it won't even require paying for a license to retitle it.
