lets ask a silly question...Artic in white has 7 borders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!And bonus of only 3....who is gonna be silly enough to want to for that as a continent. Then u got russia with 4 borders get 6 points....Whats going on Andy?

Is owning a bunch of ice where nearly no one lives worth much in real life? And ask yourself how many territories there are...

The idea of the 'Ice' isn't really meant to be a 'real' continent...it's more of a road and route to get to other areas...

so why have it at all!!!!!! or at least give it a decent bonus!!! Wouldnt u be swearing if your in a game and got dished out the full continent on ice artic...Its just thati see in other maps you are quite strict on border/bonus etc, which is good coz it shows that your doing your job.

Actually, if I got dished out the continent on the start, I'd be happy to receive that nice little bonus! The Ice isn't intended to be a holding continent, but an attack route across the map. Think of it like a helipad or a sea connection...in that sense. Giving it a bonus...is actually something rather generous.

i agree. if you give it a hefty bonus, then it puts too much to chance in the game. especially with games of 3 or 4, it would not be that odd to see someone start out with all of the ice. if they get a huge bonus to start then they virtually have already won the game.

you can have bonus 10,but its wery dificulty to hold country with 9 borders.

im working on the coordinates now, but it might take some time seeing as all of them are completely off, im about a quarter of the way through the large map.

Finally, here is the large version with armies. I have made no graphical changes, the arguments for the current ones were convinving enough (that and the fact that im lazy). The only graphical change is the texture in the legend, as I have managed to lose the other texture i had.

In response to Lupo, the land seems to be circular anyways, and paralles wouldnt really fit well with the graphics i have already put. Now here is the small version of the map with armies.
