With my limited knowledge of the law can't you be sued? All Lack has to do is get some people to say, "I would have signed up for a primuim and paied 25$ but I got a bad impression from all the multies" then you would be held liable for his loss of buisness. I started 4 games and in each of the games my opponents all have the same name just with a different number at the end. I can't win if I'm going against 3 players that happen to be the same person. Please help! I don't want my ranking to go down because of this!

if a user or users exist in games that you are playing that are cheating by either

• a. conducting secret diplomacy
• b. multiple accounts

the action taken by CC is that those accounts will be BLOCKED / BUSTED accordingly, but they are allowed to finish the active games they are in.

This policy has been written and re-written soo many times that its getting annoying that everyone keeps asking.

Yes I don't agree with this concept and feel your pain for having to loose points to a cheater but CC stands behind these actions.

Provide your input in the suggs & bugs forum in the few threads I have sighted already "trying" to deal with this

My suggestion to you would make private games and send out invites rather than public ones.
If you make / join public games you stand the chance to be "multi bait"
