It is the actual map and it's likeness to Hasbros map combined with the usage of a game system similar to the one Hasbro uses. AFAIK using any one component is not illegal (and that's why the site is still up) and even the graphics change (to Shapes and Art) is enough to not be a illegal copycat.

so if we made a map with similar game play and a word design but didnt look a thing like hasbro's
