Most ever eliminations on one turn

Post by LSU Tiger Josh »

What's the most eliminations anyone has ever gotten on a single turn. I wiped the board clean on a 6 player game on one turn in game 182138

I can't wait for 8 player games, because eliminating 7 on one turn will feel great.

For people who play a lot of escalating, having one person eliminate everyone else on one turn is not uncommon. Whether you've personally done it though may be another story.

how long did it take you to find that, and to count?

Well... I knew it was this game already as soon as I read the title.
So I searched for DTA's posts to find the game, then it took about 3 minutes to count and post. So, about 4 minutes altogether.

It's real. Death to All has exclusive rights to create them, and he makes a new one every once in awhile.

As you can see by the votes, many players have cleaned out the other 5 players duting one turn in a 6 player game.

It's only a mjatter of time if you know what you are doing, and it feels geeeeewd!

Well, the single possibility of eliminating 5 people is in escalating games with 6 players :)

Beyond the guys that love flat rate and no cards (many of them think that escalating requires no skill, lol), we know that 6 players is not thaaaat popular.

I just searched the games:
480 pages of games with 3 people
535 pages with 4 people (273 standard and 46 terminator, ie, 319 pages of singles)
146 pages of games with 5 people
490 pages with 6 people (230 standard and 44 terminator, ie, 274 pages of singles)

As you see, many people are a bit afraid of playing games with 6 players, at least standard, and in this case they wont probably eliminate 5 in the same round.

Games with 6 players and escalating:
123 pages - standard
21 pages - terminator

Its a shame! How can 3 people games be so popular?

THey're fun and it's easier to get off to a good start and there are no 6 on 3 rolls, that are do or die.

I'm just puzzled as to why 5-player games are so unpopular. My favourite number!

Recently manged to kill 4 in a 6 player game in one turn (the fifth was already dead). The only reason its worth mentioning was because I had 1 territory who had 3 armies on it when I started the turn. Escalating can be like that.

Yesterday I eliminated 4 players in 1 turn in game 194345 (I believe this was my first time I eliminated this many players in 1 turn)

The 6th player was already out. He already had deadbeated earlier.
