As a side note I'll mention the words included in the last song title are...
Street Corner and Talking
so sticking with The Boss kind of leaves you with Racing In The Street .

you listed two songs, since i'm pretty sure that the rule would be to only list one I went with the first. Seriously more than one just makes it more confusing.
