How did you find CC?

I thought it would be cool to see how everyone found Conquer Club. (i.e. were you looking for it, did someone tell you about it, etc.)
I was told by a friend, and since I like playing Risk, I immediately joined.

I use to play on a site called Grand Strategy (which I found when someone on a message board I post on linked to it). Grand Strategy's server crashed and was down for about a month, so I Googled Free online Risk and discovered this site.

It is much, much better than Grand Strategy.

Well actually i was hanging out at the turkish bath when I saw this guy weeping. I asked him what was wrong, he said someone made fun of him on CC. He then explained to me what cc was. His name was todd landers.
