3. World 2.1 - 113
4. WWII Europe - 110
5. Bamboo Jack - 82
6. Forbidden City - 81
7. NYC - 80
8. Eastern Hemisphere - 70

That excludes maps like City Mogul, the AoR's, Feudal, etc. (some of which have larger tert counts than these eight).

No I mean of all maps which ones has the most territories, regardless of how many you start with! But I think you have already answered a part of my question, I seriously doubt that any of the other ones have more terry's than Conquerman!
