it may be strange to see this sort of thing, but it does happen from time to time. I don't know where you were as far as strength at that time in the game, but sometimes an unsaid non aggression is perceived from other parties, especially in a 3 man game to help eliminate a victor.

And seeing as these 2 have only played 1 game together this most likely will get NOTED for future reference with lack of stronger evidence presenting itself for a BLOCKED for Diplomacy.
