Help - please - Parsing

A few days ago one of my games came up with "Parsing...." and then just froze.

I have Bob installed, which I then disabled with "Auto BOB off", which got rid of the "Parsing....", but now started this:

In all games I can only make exactly ONE move (deploy, attack, reinforce etc) before the screen freezes. I then have to click on "my Games" again, enter the game again, and can then make ONE more move before the screen freezes again. Extremely annoying.

Is this something only I experience - i.e. a problem in my computer?
Have other people experiences this?
Does anybody know how to get rid of this?

I don't know much about computers, so if anybody can help, please explain what to do in detail and like to an idiot.

I've never used BOB, but if this were any other software, I would suggest that you uninstall and then reinstall the software. Can't hurt.

I have run into this occasionally myself. Make sure you are running the latest version of BOB, which is 4.7.9, as far as I know. I think if you need an update, the BOB menu has "Update Available" blinking in red as its bottom entry instead of "Latest Version Installed". If you are up-to-date, then try disabling BOB through Greasemonkey, refreshing or reloading the game page (F5? Ctrl-F5?), then enabling BOB again.
