VALUED MODS: I have a full patient schedule this week and can't afford the distraction of CC. I would like to request a forum ban as follows:

Beginning: at your earliest convenience but not later than Monday AM
Terminating: evening of Sunday, August 9

This is an excellent idea, however I don't believe you've done yourself justice here. I think that in order to take full advantage of your time away from CC, you should request a perma-ban. Then you would never have to worry about being distracted again. It's a win-win!

(Proof that this troll is intentional and unrepentant, since he clearly recognizes what he's doing and what is coming as the response for it. For that reason alone, I would definitely suggest he should be given a more severe ban than might normally be given (in this case, for one week).

Posting a public thread and asking people not to post is ludicrous. While it seems that you have some issue preventing yourself from trolling and being a general nuisance from what I've seen, you've been here long enough and have been tooling around the forum (tool being the key word) enough to know that if you wanted a private communication you could have submitted an e-ticket.

Putting something like this up is simply asking to be flamed and called out. You know it. I know it. The people that will want to flame you on it sure as hell know it.

I am very seriously offended by this. While not a hippie myself, and not agreeing with the lifestyle, I am still tolerant of them. I have family members who live the hippie lifestyle, and in fact, my sister is a tree-hugger, with pictures to prove it. (I can not post them here due to the privacy rules in effect) These comments are very degrading. First, you assume all hippie couple's children are poorly behaved and naked. Nudity is an expression of choice in their culture, sure, but they DO wear clothing as well. Poorly behaved? I'll bet anytime you see a poorly behaved child, you think "probably some hippie couple's kid", eh? And "pissing on all the furniture". WOW. This, coming from our "tolerant" saxitoxin. Where is your tolerance now, oh ombudsman? You're a farce. I DEMAND an apology. Your cute little request for a ban should have been ignored, but not now. Now, you DESERVE it.

I am deeply offended by this, and nothing short of a sincere, written apology, accompanied by a 5:00 minute video apology, with no foul language, posted on youtube within the next 24 hours, and a link to it added in this thread, will serve to mend our relationship.

Forum ban or any other bans is not request-able. However, some of your other actions cost you with your current status.
