World War II [Winner: Jefreus]

Given our (over)abundance of WWII maps, I thought it would be fun to use some of them in a tournament. This will be a kinda-sorta-double elimination tournament featuring games with varying numbers of players on seven of CC's WWII maps. Because this is my first tourney, it will only have twenty players, but I think it's reasonably complicated nonetheless. Players will start on "Step 1" and play a five-player game on WWII Eastern front. From there, they will move through various other "steps" depending on how well they do. Here's how it works:

Step 1. 20 players are divided into 4 five-person games, top three in each game advance to step 2, losing two in each game move to step 4. (WWII Eastern Front)
Step 2. 12 players are divided into 3 four-person games, top three in each game advance to step 3, losing one in each game moves to step 5. (WWII Western Front)
Step 3. 9 players are divided into three three-person games, winner of each moves on to step 7, losing two in each game go to step 6. (WWII Iwo Jima)
Step 4. Eight players play one eight-person game, winner moves on to step 6, losers are out. (D-Day: Omaha Beach!)
Step 5. Three players play one three-person game, winner moves on to step 6, losers are out. (WWII Gazala)
Step 6. Eight players are divided into two four-person games, winners moves on to step 7, losers are out. (WWII Australia)
Step 7. Five players play one five-person game, the winner is the tournament champion! (WWII Europe)

So, for example, if you finish first, second, or third in your "step 1" game, then you move on to "step 2" and play a four person game on WWII Western Front. If you finish first, second, or third in this game, then you move on to "step 3," and if you win this game you get to play in the championship game.
If, on the other hand, you finish fourth or fifth in your "step 1" game, then you go to "step 4" where you must win an eight person game on D-Day, or else you're eliminated.
