The methods of payment for premium membership are listed here

You can pay by Bank Account through PayPal
TrialPay (some offers do not require a credit card)
Get a friend or family member to gift you premium membership
Referral Program

There are also tournament organisers who put up premium prizes for their tournaments, so if you win one of these tournaments...

I don't use paypal... and I'm too crappy to win tournaments...

Oh well, I guess I'll just have to get a credit card.
