Here is the format for :HA's Random 1v1 Major+ EIGHT:
Each round you will play 7 games against one opponent based on the seeding created by random.org. You must win 4 out of 7 to advance.
16 entrants
1v1, 2 player games (win 4of7 maps)
Seq
chained reinforcements
escalating spoils
no fog
It will be a normal 16 team bracket non seeded. I will use random.org to create the seeds.
Map will be random
To sign up, just post to this thread-post your points because if you don't and you are not major when I check who has signed up, you will not be in the tourney
This tourney only requires that you be at 2000 points at sign up. If you drop after that I do not have the time to check or switch out due to a drop in rank.

I will take reserves, but only for round 1 if someone does not join.
When I send a pm you have 48 hours to join or you are automatically forfeited. If I have time I send a reminder, but that should not be expected. (excludes semis and Finals)This 48 hour rule is extended sometimes as I do not check exactly at 48 hours--you have at least 48 hours, but most likely won't have much longer than that.
I will keep three of these going at all times. When one completes the top two will get an automatic bid providing they are major at the time I make the newest tourney and providing they want to play in it.
