Actors/Actresses You Loved

Post by CreepersWiener »

Do you have any actors or actresses whom you loved? Like when you see them, you get all weak-kneed or your heart goes pitter-patter. Also, were there those people who you didn't know you loved until they died?

My current fantasy TV celeb is Flo from Progressive Insurance commercials.

Image

I'm trying to figure out why I love her. Do I love her character or is it the actress behind that character? I really think the actress behind the Flo character is a truly intelligent and funny person. Bright and full of positive reinforcement. I don't think she is anything less than that. I find her more attractive than any number of super hotties that you will find in the NSFW Hot Chick thread.

Also, when it comes to people that were famous and died, and I realized that I really did love them; two come to mind that I know of.

Anna Nicole Smith

and

George Carlin

When I found out that they had passed away, I cried; but I never really realized how much I loved those people until they were gone. I think I loved Anna Nicole Smith out of sympathy's sake, but George Carlin just made me laugh so hard. He had a realistic outlook on life, of which I used in my own life.

I really miss him a lot. Luckily I can watch him on YouTube!

Ok, your thread is making me laugh. So here goes...

Natalie Portman as Padme in Star Wars. I was really upset when SNL dubbed those horrible lyrics and made it seem like Natalie (oh sweet Natalie) actually said those terrible things. I am surprised she hasn't sued them yet.

Also, Bugs Bunny. My thoughts here are private.

I find her rather annoying.

Anyways, I liked Mickey Rooney and Daffy. Poor duck was always upstaged by that wascally wabbit.

I believe so, though I'm not sure. She is personally responsible for my love of science fiction.

Wasn't she in Buck Rogers?

Also, I forgot to mention Sandra Bullock. Anyone who loves Taco Bell that much is... well... er... what was I saying?

Also, with apologies to Woodruff for not mentioning this sooner: Yvonne Craig. Those green girls are really something.

You know, it's funny...as big of an original Star Trek homer as I am...I never found her that attractive. Which was odd, because of ALL THE SHOWS I'VE EVER SEEN, the original Star Trek had the most incredibly beautiful and sexy set of one-show females of any of them. And it's just not even close. Gene Roddenberry definitely had my kind of taste in women. And the outfits didn't hurt anything either.

They were wearing the scandalous stuff of the 60's... here is one of you and one of my favorites.

Star Trek even had Julie Newmar.

But she is best remembered for her feline qualities.

... Red Fox was the best.

... As for Flo, I've fantasized a bit, too.. about taking a bat to her head.

Amazing bump, new person! Also, welcome to the forums! You'll find all sorts of cool people and threads here, Praise the Lord! :D

I've never had the privilege of loving and Actress. I'd pass on loving an Actor. If she'd let me, I'd give Jennifer Love Hewitt some serious loving. (With apologies to my wife, of course)

I have to agree with the bump. How in the heck do people dig this old stuff up?

In reference to your statements of loving actresses and actors, I wasn't necessarily speaking in a physical sense (however, if so, we would all appreciate the skivies!)

If Jim Henson qualifies as an actor, I loved him (probably more to do with the development of the Muppets than with actual acting):

Humphrey Bogart. He always seemed like epitome of suave and cool.
