the issue here might be, he only leaves ratings when it is negative so it appears he abuses it. He received double the amount he has left and almost all of those were good ratings. Had he left ratings for every player he has ever played, I think there would be atleast double than what he has left and alot of positives would be mixed in.

Either way, it's apparent he's been suffering from a mean streak with all the recent (and unjustified) 1s this guy hands out.
I've had a game with him, and he's a very vindictive player. Even though his ratings at first were decent and acceptable, his last two--and maybe three--pages are abusive.
(One has to go through the thread, this argument pops up.)

he does seem like he gives other rating other than 1 and fives though it alot fewer that
he gives 0ut the 1 and fives....I not 100 percent you cans say this is rating abuse,though I can see the case 4 it

Its being looked at, its 6 pages of all 5 stars.
We need to look through all of them to see if there are questionable ratings in there, the last and only one that was abuse for all 5 stars was easy cause it was very prevalent about having questionable ratings.
6 pages, game by game is taking time. It will hopefully be ruled upon shortly.

Yup. That's it. The complaint concerned 1-1½ page or something with 1-1-1s. They appears to have been withdrawn. And with that, I see no reason to keep this thread open. I'm happier to see someone change such bad habit than a warning being handed out.

all i can say is i am sorry to have cause that much troubles with my rating that a gave,
the reason why i deleted all the bad rating was not to hide anything guys i just decide to leave the only the 5s there and delete the rest of them just to stop fighting about this rating thing,

Yes that is a simplification, it was more then just leaving all 5's in that case.
Serialkiller has been Warned for his previous infractions of ratings, there was a screenshot taken and provided to us that helped us in determining the validity of some of the ratings he left. Now seeing as they are all deleted and he plans not to rate anymore, or so he says, it wont matter. But his efforts in rating prior to this was against the ratings guidelines and he has been Warned.
do you all go to bed and cry about your bad ratings or what in the world is wrong with getting 1* ratings? even calling it abuse? like you have been abused? shame on all you accusing this fine player of abuse.
