He was pretty far from a socialist. He was a communist, and a pretty bad one at that.

Stalin was also a member of the Communist Party. Oh, and here in Canada, we have a party called the "Green Party", so obviously only green people are members. We also have the "Rhinoceros Party", so our Rhino's can vote as well. I mean, we capture them and put them in zoo's, it's the least we can do to give them a party. And the Democratic Republic of Congo is obviously what every Democratic Republic should strive to be! I mean, "Democratic Republic" is in their name, so they must be good at it!

I think this is an outstanding point regarding the vast majority of the Religious Right...or at the least, those who refer to themselves as The Moral Majority.

I caught a clip of the Daily Show with Jon "Glenn Beck" Stewart a while ago---showcasing how Conservatism leads to Theocracy.
We are doomed whichever way we go! Aghast! I'm starting a micro-nation for the RTPP. Only then can we be safe from Socialism and Theocracies. Join me.
