...I prefer a man who will burn the flag and then wrap himself in the Constitution to a man who will burn the Constitution and then wrap himself in the flag.

Actually the article was incomplete, thus putting a simplistic and rather erroneous slant on a very complex arena of cerebral activity.
The inferior-supra credulus is balanced out in a normal brain by the superior-supra incredulus. If however a person is subjected to protracted doses of anti-neurons in a controlled environment such as Fox News then the activity of the superior-supra incredulous shuts down in disgust, producing a slackjawed mouthbreathing state in which the subject is prone to fits of nationalistic fervor and an intense craving for grape Kool-Aid.
