Well now... obviously I was joking about one of my claims. Which one do you think I am? (Hint: which thread is in Flame Forums)
Oh yeah, and regardless whether you believe I am Jouko Ahola, my birthday is 1 December 1970, which would put me at 36, not in my 40's...

Oh and i play table tennis
After my next Op i will start this all up again
Which style? I've been doing Wing Chun for 10 years now.
i Started doing Shaolin kung fu tiger crane style. Then i moved and there was no one who taught Shaolin so i started doing Wing Chun which im afraid i wasnt as fond of.
However after my operation i have found a Shaolin instructor so im going back to that.
Cool. A nice balance of internal and external energies. D'you play a lot of pushing hands in Tai Chi? I'm totally addicted to chi sao (sticking hands) and doc sao (analytic hands), I play one or the other whenever I get the chance.
Quality. Here's a photo of me and my family taken in 2001.
I've just read the thread about your impending operation. I think you should concentrate on the Tai Chi for a while before going back to the Shaolin style. It'll help your ligaments recover better.
yeah thats right. Or the capsule bone keeps escaping the ligaments.
On the left side the bone had been ground so much it was shattering so they put little metal clips on the bone and cut the ligament three times and shorten it and then sow it all back together.
Thats roughly it.
The doctors and surgeons use far to many syllables for me to be able to give you the details.
I'm fourteen, and I an a half-marathon when I was eleven, now I'm more into TaeKwonDo... But I stll run occasionally. Any other long distance runners out there?
6'6 205 lbs...
Sweet Vick, I can bench the same as you, I can only deadlift 205 (I hate back & shoulder days), & I can squat 395 (need thunder thighs for football)
