Comments:This is the old kingburger account holder who was multi busted.
Kingburger was previously warned for ratings abuse and he is still doing it under this new account.
These ratings are way out of line and some tags are misused like Secret Diplomacy in 1v1 games. If you beat this player in 1v1 your pretty well guaranteed to get 1 star ratings.
This player should not be allowed to rate. His offenses as kingburger should be applied to this account which he was allowed to keep for unknown reasons.

what is sever ratings abuse? I've heard of severe ratings abuse. Is this a new type of offense? Will it be the new secret diplomacy and take all the mods time, hunting down and eliminating the offenders. JefJef please educate me

I do recall kingburger being warned for ratings abuse but my dumb ass can't find it.
One slight downfall of the E-Ticket system is that it is used behind the scenes of the normal CC player. In this case an E-Ticket was filed and he was Warned for Ratings Abuse as per the guidelines on April 12, 2010.
We didnt catch the similarity from the kingburger account and yes we should have already used the past discrepancies on that account in the decision but we had a slight oversight.
As of now if this account has any more slip ups with ratings he will start to receive vacations away from ratings. (from this point on)
Assuming you dont have any more to add from the Warning that he has already received I am going to close this and move on. If there are more feel free to PM me.
